Role Description

As an Associate Product Manager, your primary focus will be product(s) execution. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Product, who sets the strategic direction, to transform the product vision into concrete, shippable products and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on product execution and assist in the planning of the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with client pain points.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Product Specialist, Key Account and Business development to ensure effective product development and delivery.
• Identifies product needs and prioritizes features by balancing stakeholder requirements, market research, and user experience.
• Monitor product(s) performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports to track progress against key objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the backlog, ensuring that tasks are prioritized based on value, scalability, urgency, and feasibility.
• Maintain the product(s) calendar and provide proactive updates to stakeholders on product progress, upcoming needs, and roadblocks.
• Ensure that all product(s) specifications, requirements, and updates are well documented, creating a reliable resource for internal teams and stakeholders throughout the product(s) lifecycle.
• Coordinate the feature launch, client communication and training process, including cross-departmental alignment, marketing efforts, and post-launch analysis.

Requirements

• Interested in Human Biology. 
• 2–5 years of experience in software Product Management (B2B, B2B2C, or scientific domain-related experience).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of working in the product tech stack.
