B-GENS 2026 Program

Our biennial program helps you advance in a new generation of agentic AI technologies for life sciences while building global collaborations with leading bioinformaticians to tackle life-saving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Get on the ground with B2B clients to run product demos, troubleshoot technical pain points in real-time, and translate raw user feedback into actionable features for the product cycle.
• Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment between business requirement and user experience. 
• Gather and utilize data and customer insights to optimize features. 
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Specialist teams to enhance customer support. 

Requirements

• Background in either Computer Science/Bioinformatics/Biology/Biotechnology/Data science/Mathematics/Physics or related field.
• Strong attention to detail to identify issues in UI/UX, content, or online/offline events. 
• Excellent in the ability to read, understand, present and communicate in English fluently.  
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Python, and design tools such as Figma.
• Have a passion and a long-term commitment to the field of bioinformatics.
• A GPA of 3.0/4.0, or 7.5/10 or above.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
• Available to work full time and onsite in Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi from June 2026.
