Role Description

In this critical role, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust systems and infrastructure that powers our data intensive bioinformatics platform. 

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical support, configure, and troubleshooting issues with our platform for our B2B clients.
• Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual server environments in the Data Center.
• Monitor systems, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues related to Linux, Storage, Network, and applications.
• Collaborate with software teams to deploy, upgrade, and optimize applications and services running on the platform.
• Build and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational automation tools (scripting with Bash/Python, etc.).
• Participate in projects involving the installing, implementing, and maintaining of infrastructure systems for enterprise customers.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure seamless system updates and the timely delivery of action plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the related fields.
• Good Linux troubleshooting and systems knowledge.
• Bash scripting skills for Linux system automation (familiarity with Python is also a plus).
• Comfortable debugging complex issues across multiple layers.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Understanding of networking and storage fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications with OIDC-compliant identity providers using OpenID connect protocol and/or OAuth 2.0 (optional).
• Experience with Nvidia GPUs / CUDA compute systems (optional).
• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively.
