Our biennial program helps you advance in frontier HPC (high performance computing) and AI technologies for life sciences while building global collaborations with leading bioinformaticians.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable bioinformatics and agentic AI systems for extremely large biological datasets, especially single-cell and spatial omics, with emphasis on CUDA, GPU performance, and distributed computation.
• Optimize numerical kernels, deep learning inference, and end-to-end machine learning workloads across heterogeneous systems for maximum scalability and performance.
• Invent and deploy new computational methods for biological data analysis, spanning single-cell, spatial, and multimodal problems.
• Partner with scientists and engineers to convert biological questions into production-grade computational tools and system architectures.
• Strengthen the core infrastructure behind BioTuring’s internal architectures, libraries, pipelines, and visualization systems for large-scale data processing and analysis.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field. 
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Solid foundation in at least one core programming language (Golang, JavaScript, C++, Rust, etc.) and adaptability to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React) or backend principles.
• Have a passion and a long-term commitment to the field of bioinformatics.
• A GPA of 3.0/4.0, or 7.5/10 or above.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
• Available to work full time and onsite in Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi from June 2026.
