Software Engineer (Front End)

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Front End Developer to join our team and create user-friendly and responsive web interfaces for BioTuring’s bioinformatics platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups into functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all UI components.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize the performance of web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development (Deck.gl, WebGPU, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with server-side programming languages such as Python, or Node.js is a plus.
