Role Description

We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing team at BioTuring. You will serve as a critical bridge between users, product teams, and other departments – helping to ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to researchers and scientists around the world. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
• Act as the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders on product functionality and user experience, preferably in bioinformatics, statistics and data analytics domains. 
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding for new users.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, IT and marketing) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in quality assurance, issue tracking, and feature validation during product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Data Analyst, Data Science, Statistical Analyst, Business management or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple user relationships and internal collaborations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions
