Role Description

The Key Account Management will manage client relationships, ensure subscription renewals, and identify upselling opportunities while showcasing how BioTuring’s platforms support client research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
• Understand client research needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations to highlight platform benefits.
• Ensure high platform usage and address client concerns proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor client satisfaction.
• Drive subscription renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
• Acquire new clients through networking at scientific conferences.
• Maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Background or interest in Human Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS or techbio.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fast learner and strong interest in science and technology. 
• Knowledge of single-cell or spatial biology is a plus.
