Role Description

This role serves a dual purpose: scaling senior talents and establishing a strategy-first approach that embeds BioTuring’s core values—mission-driven focus, highest-standard delivery, big ambitions, sharp, rapid execution, and rapid learning—into the fabric of its culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring of top technical talent across multiple countries and functions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through a seamless, engaging, and human-centered hiring process.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise talent practices, including succession planning, potential assessment, development planning, and coaching.
• Manage multiple concurrent talent initiatives, navigating shifting priorities as business needs evolve. 
• Define clear expectations for development plans, readiness benchmarks, and differentiated talent outcomes.
• Partner with functional teams to gather input and feedback, ensuring talent solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• A background in technical recruiting, learning & development, or talent management—with experience in IT—is a plus.
• 3+ Years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related field.
• Ability to work across teams and balance collaboration with independent execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
