Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Application Scientist (FAS) to join our growing US team in San Diego. You’ll act as the primary link between our US-based users and our global product teams, driving customer success and ensuring our tools deliver maximum value to the scientific community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact product demos and onboarding. 
• Support pharmaceutical and academic customers in their research.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying user needs, emerging market trends, and technical feasibility.
• Stay up-to-date on computational biology advancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science or related fields with special interest in computational biology. 
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management. 
• Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions. 
• Available to work on-site at our San Diego office. 
• Knowledge of single-cell and spatial is a plus but not mandatory.
