Data Analyst Intern

Role Description

• Analyze and interpret complex biological datasets, including single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, proteomics, and other multi-omics data.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to define analytical objectives, develop hypotheses, and validate findings.
• Develop clear and impactful visualizations and reports to communicate insights and support scientific decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and robust documentation of analytical workflows and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of data analysis pipelines and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology, experimental design, and biological data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Python/R for data processing, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience working with high-dimensional biological datasets, particularly omics data, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adequate written and reading English skills for scientific work; good communication skill in English is preferred.
