Role Description

Analyze complex biological data (single-cell, spatial, multi-omics) using computational tools and pipelines.
Design and implement high-performance algorithms for large-scale biological data using CUDA (NVIDIA) or HIP (AMD).
Collaborate with domain scientists to translate computational biology challenges into GPU-accelerated solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code for production systems.

Requirements

Background in either Computer Science/Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Data science/Mathematics/Physics or related field.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
Have a passion and a long-term commitment to the field of bioinformatics.
A GPA of 3.0/4.0, or 7.5/10 or above.
Solid background in mathematics and a special interest in science.
Fresh graduates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
Available to work full time and onsite in Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi from June 2026.
