Role Description

As an Admin & Legal Associate with strong international law expertise, you will partner with the commercial team throughout the full lifecycle of sales documentation — drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, purchase orders, and contracts for international clients, partners, and distributors — while advising on cross-border legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Commercial teams to review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (including international clients, partners and distributors).
• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support sales documentation matters from initiation to close.
• Prepare legal updates, newsletters, client alerts, and presentation materials for seminars and training sessions.
• Assist with regulatory filings and administrative procedures with relevant authorities.
• Work closely with lawyers across multiple practice areas to support client engagements and ongoing matters.
• Maintain legal documentation and support effective knowledge management within the team.
• Track deadlines, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks and legal matters.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in international law (open to local, expat, and overseas Vietnamese candidates).
• 1-3 years of experience gained within a law firm, in-house legal team, or professional consulting environment.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to learn.
