About our BIO Core – Systems Infrastructure Engineer 

BioTuring is an innovative bioinformatics company that develops algorithms, and agentic AI software to serve scientists from hundreds of pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutions, enabling discoveries about human diseases.

Our annual program trains you to design and operate the Cloud/HPC infrastructure behind frontier AI in biology – setting the technical direction for how BioTuring brings massive computation to cure diseases.

Are you our ideal candidate?

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnetting, infiniband).
• Comfortable on the command line, good system administration (processes, filesystems, permissions).
• Excellent knowledge in Linux and computer architecture.
• Used Docker or a VM at least once — curious about what runs underneath.
• Minimum basic knowledge of SSH keys, firewalls.
• Python or Bash with an automation mindset.
• Background in either Computer Science/Systems Engineer/Infrastructure Engineer/Electrical Engineer or related field.
• Open to Students, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD or self-taught engineers.
• Open to local and expat (work permit sponsorship + relocation assistance provided).

Bonus if you have:

• OpenStack, Ceph, Ansible exposure. 
• Open-source contributions  in LLM- or security-adjacent repositories, Reported CVEs or bug bounties. 
• Available to work full time and onsite in Ho Chi Minh city or Ha Noi from Dec 2026.
