日本の科学者向けにBioTuringとフィルジェンによるワークショップ共同開催いたします。

公開されたデータやお持ちのシングルセルデータを分析するための最新のプラットフォームであるBBrowserの使用方法をご紹介いたします。

ワークショップでは、小児期炎症性腸疾患に取り組むHuangら(2019)によるシングルセルRNA-seqデータセットにアクセスし探索するとともに、ソフトウェア上での操作手順をデモンストレーションを交えてご紹介いたします。
