(Nasdaq: TXG), a leader in single cell and spatial biology, today announced a strategic collaboration to streamline and accelerate the path from data generation to biological insight for single cell and spatial research workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration connects 10x\u2019s Chromium single cell platform and Xenium and Visium spatial platforms with BioTuring\u2019s advanced analytical ecosystem. This integration supports more efficient exploration, visualization and interpretation of high-complexity single cell and spatial multiomics data by enabling a more seamless, end-to-end workflow that extends the downstream capabilities of 10x\u2019s software ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As advances in single cell and spatial technologies enable larger and increasingly complex multimodal experiments, some researchers face challenges related to fragmented analysis workflows, access to scalable computational resources and analysis tools, and disconnected support resources.
