Role Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This role serves a dual purpose: scaling senior talents and establishing a strategy-first approach that embeds BioTuring’s core values\u2014mission-driven focus, highest-standard delivery, big ambitions, sharp, rapid execution, and rapid learning\u2014into the fabric of its culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Lead end-to-end hiring of top technical talent across multiple countries and functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through a seamless, engaging, and human-centered hiring process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise talent practices, including succession planning, potential assessment, development planning, and coaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage multiple concurrent talent initiatives, navigating shifting priorities as business needs evolve.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Define clear expectations for development plans, readiness benchmarks, and differentiated talent outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Partner with functional teams to gather input and feedback, ensuring talent solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A background in technical recruiting, learning & development, or talent management\u2014with experience in IT\u2014is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 3+ Years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work across teams and balance collaboration with independent execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
