You will help bring our brand messaging to life by producing social media posts, assisting with email campaigns, updating sales materials, and supporting webinars and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, design work, and staying organized while managing multiple tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Content Creation &amp; Publishing \u2013 80%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support day-to-day content production and keep our channels active and consistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Social media (primary):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build basic content calendars and schedule posts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and adapt captions for different platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, X).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do light design in Canva for simple posts, carousels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with team members to collect inputs, quotes, and visuals for posts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email &amp; CRM:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with drafting email content for campaigns, webinars, and product updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help refine subject lines, CTAs, and layout for clarity and engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support basic audience segmentation and list preparation under guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sales enablement materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help create and update flyers, standees, backdrops, and simple one-pagers with Graphic Designer\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adapt existing\/revise current content into shorter or more visual formats for events and sales use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with organizing and maintaining a shared folder of up-to-date materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Content research &amp; repurposing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review existing materials (blogs, decks, recordings) and extract key points for social\/email snippets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do desk research to collect references, quotes, and examples to enrich content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support basic proofreading for clarity, grammar, and consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.
