Role Description<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this critical role, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust systems and infrastructure that powers our data intensive bioinformatics platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Providing technical support, configure, and troubleshooting issues with our platform for our B2B clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deploy, configure, and manage physical and virtual server environments in the Data Center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor systems, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues related to Linux, Storage, Network, and applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with software teams to deploy, upgrade, and optimize applications and services running on the platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational automation tools (scripting with Bash\/Python, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in projects involving the installing, implementing, and maintaining of infrastructure systems for enterprise customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure seamless system updates and the timely delivery of action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Proven experience of at least 3 years in the related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good Linux troubleshooting and systems knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bash scripting skills for Linux system automation (familiarity with Python is also a plus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comfortable debugging complex issues across multiple layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Understanding of networking and storage fundamentals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on experience integrating applications with OIDC-compliant identity providers using OpenID connect protocol and\/or OAuth 2.0 (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with Nvidia GPUs \/ CUDA compute systems (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
