You will serve as a critical bridge between users, product teams, and other departments &#8211; helping to ensure that our solutions deliver maximum value to researchers and scientists around the world.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of the product\u2019s capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on product functionality and user experience, with a focus on bioinformatics, statistics, and data analytics domains.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead product demonstrations, training, and user onboarding sessions for new and existing clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather comprehensive user feedback and translate findings into actionable, prioritized insights for the Product and Engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineer and commercial) to support product launches, documentation, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create well-structured and detailed technical documentation for internal teams and end-users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead quality assurance (QA) activities, including issue tracking and feature validation, throughout the product development and update lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date on bioinformatics and statistical advancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s, Master&#8217;s or PhD degree in Biology, Data Analyst, Data Science, Statistical Analyst, Business management or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple user relationships and internal collaborations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lead in-person and online training sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true},"tags":[],"career-category":[22],"career-location":[11],"class_list":["post-1030","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry","career-category-commercial","career-location-bioturings-hcm-office"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Product Specialist - BioTuring<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/bioturing.com\/careers\/product-specialist\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Product Specialist - BioTuring\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Role Description We\u2019re seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing team at BioTuring.
